In your first year, you will work on a file from start to finish, and acquire excellent preparation for your professional exams. Our leaders provide day-to-day technical guidance and ongoing feedback, providing you with an accurate assessment of your progress.

As for our graduate program, we recruit individuals one year in advance, while they are in their last year of study. Once they have accepted the job offer, our graduates are invited to office social events prior to officially joining the firm. One of the many advantages to joining BDO after graduation is the relatively shorter timeframe to attain partnership compared to our competitors.
