Secondments are an opportunity to expand your career horizons. Not only do they provide a wealth of knowledge for professional development, they also broaden the company’s international network, increase cultural and business awareness, increase technical ability and aid in the development of interpersonal skills.

Secondments provide participants with the opportunity to develop their key skills in an international arena, and enhance the individual’s awareness of multinational clients, making them better able to serve them upon return.

The BDO's International Secondment Program allows participating international BDO firms to take part in a “CA Exchange.” Employees who meet the determined criteria can participate in a secondment – an opportunity to work in another BDO office for a period of 6 months up to 2 years.

BDO has a real commitment to international networking, is keen to increase international exchange assignments, and maximize opportunities for them.
